YOUR DAY AT LAGNIAPPE
- Guiding and advising guests to ensure the best possible experience.
- Preparing coffee and tea.
- Serving and explaining our products.
- Stock Control and Ordering
- Working closely with all of your colleagues and the bakers in the back of house.
- Preparing the shop for opening and closing, making sure all tasks are completed correctly.
- Being professional and aware of everything around you, while keeping it light and having fun - both with guests and colleagues.
WHO YOU ARE
- Passionate about Specialty Coffee
- Knowledge & Experience in Bakeries ( A plus, not required)
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations - Food Handler / ServeSafe certified preferred
- Interested in becoming part of a close team.
- Proactive, able to express your opinion, and give/receive constructive feedback.
- Punctual and dedicated.
- Detail-oriented, you put the same care into all tasks, no matter how big or small. you have respect for your job, and do it with pride.
