Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead the operations of the Best Western Park Place Inn in Chehalis, WA. The General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel’s daily operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and ensuring the hotel meets brand standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and a drive to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and manage a diverse team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
• Drive guest satisfaction by addressing guest concerns, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining property condition.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
• Collaborate with sales to drive business growth and manage partnerships.
• Handle administrative duties, including payroll, inventory management, and scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Hotel management experience, preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on positive workplace culture.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and operational expenses.
• Experience with Best Western brand standards is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
