Seeking experienced, hard working person to become part of our Front Desk team! Must be reliable, dependable, flexible, and work in a face pace environment. Must be available to work morning and evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to the follow:
· Multitasking

· Answering multi line phones
· Process reservations, check-outs, and check-ins.
· Being neat and organized

· Room assignments
· Problem Solving
· Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
· Computes bills, collects payment, and makes change for guests
· Cash handling responsibilities
· Flexible hours is a requirement

Required education:
· High school or equivalent
· Hotel Front Desk agent : 1 year
Preferred experience:
· Opera PMS Trained
