Job Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Room Cleaning Specialist to ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guests. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in preparing rooms to the highest standards, ensuring a comfortable and spotless environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the room, including floors, furniture, windows, and restrooms.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized.
- Vacuum, dust, and wipe surfaces to maintain a neat and hygienic environment.
- Ensure that all furniture and fixtures are in good condition.
- Pay attention to detail, ensuring the room is prepared to perfection for guest arrival.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Follow cleaning protocols and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in room cleaning or housekeeping, particularly in a guest-focused setting.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing a welcoming and clean environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
