Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
- Take orders, manage food and beverage requests, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Serve food and beverages as needed
- Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- Provide exceptional guest relations, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a seamless dining experience
Experience:
- Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in a server role
- Knowledge of food preparation and food safety practices
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and guest relations skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a dynamic environment
