HotFoot Recruiters are thrilled to partner with a globally respected leader in international medical assistance operations to fill the roleof Customer Service Executives , supporting the TRICARE Overseas Program. With a robust presence across five continents and operations in 90 countries, our client is now expanding their presence into San Antonio to serve their international clients.
Type : Full-Time; Direct Hire
Location : San Antonio, Texas
Pay Rate : $20 / hr with $2-$3 shift differential
Start Date : January 6th, 2025
Schedule : 5 days per week, 9-hour shifts between 7 AM - 8 PM (exact shifts to be confirmed). Must be able to work one weekend / month & 3 holidays / year Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for TRICARE Overseas Program beneficiaries, addressing inquiries and providing assistance regarding preauthorization forms, referrals, and provider networks.
Handle inbound calls and contacts, offering quality support in a customer-oriented and professional manner.
Assist medical operations teams in urgent cases, including coordinating support for mass casualty events or medical evacuations.
Collaborate with TRICARE teams and follow operational policies to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure proper procedures are followed.
Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager and or other senior management. Qualifications :
Customer service experience, preferably within a contact center or similar environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and provide quality service.
Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of tiered investigation access. Benefits :
80 hours of vacation time (prorated from hire date).
56 hours of sick / personal time (prorated).
75.5 hours of floating holiday time (prorated).
