Hotfoot partners with a leading semiconductor equipment supplier and service provider who is currently seeking a Mandarin / English Bilingual Electrician to join its team. This role involves performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in an industrial setting, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and communicating in both English and Mandarin.
Title : Mandarin Speaking Electrician
Type : Full-Time; Direct Hire
Location : North Phoenix - 85085
Pay Range :
Experienced candidates (3 years in the U.S.) : $37-40 / hr ($76K-$83K annual equivalent)
Entry-level candidates (recent graduates or experience outside the U.S.) : $28-34 / hr ($60K-$70K annual equivalent)
Responsibilities :
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, panels, and fixtures.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to plan and execute projects.
Perform system testing and ensure electrical circuits meet required safety standards using ohmmeters, voltmeters, and other testing devices.
Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols, maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
Collaborate with project managers and team members for efficient project execution.
Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, including daily logs and safety reports.
Qualifications :
For licensed candidates : Must hold a valid C11 or CR11 license and willing to negotiate becoming the qualifying party & have 3 years of hands-on industrial or commercial electrician experience.
For entry-level candidates : No prior U.S. work experience required, but must be committed to obtaining a C11 or CR11 license within 6 months of hire (exam fees covered by company).
High school diploma or GED required; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and maintenance practices.
Mandarin and English fluency is required to communicate effectively with the team and clients.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
