Location : Hybrid - Onsite in Des Peres, MO (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday); Remote (Monday, Friday)
Schedule : Full-Time; 40 hours per week
Type : Contract (through 12 / 31 / 2025)
Start Date : 03 / 11 / 2025
Pay Rate : Up to $47 / hr
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operational workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support internal teams with high-quality operational insights and reporting , ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed operational reports to assist leadership in strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies, reducing risks and enhancing data integrity.
D evelop and document operational procedures to standardize best practices and improve performance.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel for reporting and analysis.
Excellent organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously .
Strong communication skills , both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate across teams.
Experience with data reporting, process documentation, and compliance management.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize operational efficiency.
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
