What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Customer Care Expert position at HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables?
Do you a big, welcoming smile? Then we want you! As a Front Desk Customer Care Expert, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, answering phone calls and providing expert advice on water care for hot tubs and swimming pools. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a key role in ensuring that every customer receives top-notch service. In addition to these activities, you will be responsible for scheduling for proper showroom coverage as well as manage inventory of products sold & request more through the company portal so the showroom always has the products needed.
In this role, your primary focus will be on water care. You will become the expert in all water care items & learn what systems are best for each customer. You will be responsible for testing water samples, analyzing results, and recommending treatment solutions to keep hot tubs and pools clean and safe for use. You will also be responsible for educating customers on proper water maintenance techniques and providing ongoing support to help them achieve optimal water quality.
Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a fun & diverse work environment as well as reaching out to new & old customers in order to achieve your monthly sales goals. You will be the primary person responsible for showroom maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing the showroom, restocking inventory, and assisting with special events and promotions. You will work closely with the sales team, service technicians, and other staff members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor. Previous experience in customer service, water care, or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. A passion for helping others and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations are essential.
