Location: This Sales territory covers Southeast Minnesota and Northeast Iowa. Candidates must reside in either Iowa or Minnesota and must reside in any of the counties listed below to be considered.

Job Description: As a Sales Representative at Hotsy Equipment Company, you will:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years prior outside sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team
- Results-driven with strong business acumen
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft or the ability to learn
- Experience selling into the Agricultural or Construction sectors is highly preferred
- A valid driver’s license is required
