Join a well-established company and a local team with a long track record of success? Pressure Spray Inc. is seeking a competitive, dynamic, motivated Sales Representative. We are a Pressure Washing Machinery, Floorcare equipment, and Large chemical distributor whose primary objective is to provide solutions in the pressure washing industry and unbeatable service to a variety of industries including, but not limited to, Industrial, commercial, contractors, education, agriculture, and government.
This position will focus on developing incremental sales from new and existing accounts located in the sales geography. Most importantly, our Sales Representatives are responsible for growing their market share in a profitable yet safe, ethical, and environmentally conscious manner. You will work closely with strategic supplier partners as well the HEC Sales Director.
Travel is within the assigned territory with no overnight travel required.
Essential Job Function
- Maintain relationships; establish plans for the retention and subsequent growth, of assigned customers in the sales territory.
- Prospect for new customers and cold call prospective customers to solicit new business.
- Communicate effectively with service / office team to ensure outstanding customer support.
- Develop technical expertise and knowledge of strategic products and product lines.
- Achieve annual sales targets while maintaining acceptable gross profit levels.
- Work in concert with HES Sales and Marketing team to jointly cultivate and close new specialty sales opportunities.
- Develop multi-level / discipline business relations at customer accounts.
- Generate call reports, customer forecasts and keep customer information current in CRM tool.
- Manage resolution of customer related issues.
- Provide market information and feedback as required.
- Additional or more specific job duties to be assigned.
- Requirements
- Ability to work independently, seek guidance when needed, and demonstrate honesty and integrity.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to calculate figures and amounts (e.g. discounts, margins, percentages, etc.).
- Effective time & resource management, adept at managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, and Word).
- Communication skills – must be articulate both in written and oral skills and must possess excellent negotiation skills and be able to build strong relationships.
- Must be customer focused with a willingness to go the extra mile for the achievement of business objectives.
- Prior experience in Pressure washing equipment and the chemical industry a plus.
- Candidate must be a self-starter, results oriented and a strong team player with the drive to grow a territory teeming with potential. Hunter mentality.
- Must possess a sense of urgency in responding to customer inquiries / requests.
- Strong critical thinking / trouble shooting skills.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude to be an engaged team player.
