Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment.
- Must post Special media several times a week and be able to drive membership sales as an induvial and with your team.
- GM must facilitate all weekly and / or monthly staff meetings and training sessions. Complete a minimum schedule of 40 hours per week, Consistently maintain a professional appearance by adhering to HOTWORX uniform policy and code of conduct. Actively recruit and interview for staff and other necessary positions per franchisee criteria. Schedule a minimum of 1 group interview per month and schedule weekly interviews.
- Train all Associates according to HOTWORX training material and programs
- Adhere to Strict hiring processes set forth by franchisee and company, HOTWORX.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high levels of customer service.
- Develop strategies to enhance guest experiences in both marketing and customer service experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Requirements
- Complete HOTWORX Certification, online courses and GM Certifications.
- Complete any newly and assigned HOTWORX University Online courses that are available.
- Maintain active CPR, AED and First Aid Certification at all times.
- Complete On-Site Shadow Training including the daily studio operations, equipment maintenance, product training and all other applicable on-site applications.
- Subscribe to the HOTWORX weekly blog and ensure all staff members do the same.
- Complete any assigned webinar and / or phone conference sessions and be prepared to take any quizzes or tests to ensure material is retained.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate team members for optimal performance.
- Attend the annual HOTWORX Convention.
- Additional Training requirements may be required at any time
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
