Responsibilities include:
Teamwork
Works together with the team and with other departments, including conferencing with the Producer or Account Executive to discuss the execution of strategies. Assists in training new service team members. Volunteers to back up and/or assist other Associates as needed. Any special project as assigned by the Service Leader. Manages PTO to work with departmental needs.

Displays commitment and initiative to meet department and agency education goals as set forth in the organization’s education program.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must be able to obtain insurance licenses and designations as set forth by the organization's education plans.
