Essential Functions:

Requirements
- Experienced in steel and/or aluminum fabrication of miscellaneous metals including stairs, railing, ladders, gates, etc.
- Welding certification a plus.
Installing Steel Products in Various Settings
- Installation of miscellaneous metals
- Rigging of equipment, working with cranes
- Hanging and setting steel products of all sizes
- Scissor lift, and Forklift operation
- Receives instructions from supervisor.
- Abides by all OSHA and Agar/Houck safety guidelines.
- Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Physical Demands
Physical demands are based on the ability to perform the following actions throughout a 9 hour period of work 5 days a week.
- Exert oneself physically over long periods of time.
- Bend stretch, twist, or reach out with the body, arms, and other extremities.
- Use one’s abdominal muscles and lower back to lift continuously over time without fatiguing.
- Exert maximum muscle force to lift, pull, or carry objects.

Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
