We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Houghton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department on a designated shift or unit, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversight of nursing department operations, including administration and clinical activities.
- Leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including delegation of responsibilities and decision-making support.
- Participation in inspections and surveys conducted by regulatory agencies.
- Assessment and validation of residents' care plans and nursing staff's clinical decisions.
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans.
