Scope
Performs administrative assignments in an efficient and timely manner. Plans, organizes and schedules work according to standard procedures. Supports and assists investment banking Managing Directors and team in the Financial Restructuring Group, reporting to the Admin Manager / Senior Vice President.

$40.00-$45.00

- 3 to 6 years of previous administrative experience in a professional services or financial services/banking industry
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- Can effectively work autonomously and continuously focuses on process improvement
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to exercise good business judgment when responding to the needs of clients, both internally and externally
