We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team. This role is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on delivering high-quality solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly, both verbally and in writing, with clients on high-profile projects and providing recommendations in the best interest of the client.      
• Review project drawings, specifications, RFIs, and revisions to stay informed.
• Compile subcontractor and supplier estimates, prepare bids, and execute purchase orders.
• Ensure subcontractor quotes align with project requirements and scope.
• Work with project management to set up projects for profitability and client satisfaction.
• Identify scope gaps as opportunities or exclusions in the bid.
• Mentor and support team members.
• Deliver accurate estimates, clear communication, and attention to detail to exceed client expectations.
• Maintain and develop relationships to reinforce a commitment to world class customer service across the board (including co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community.)

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field. 
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Divisions 1-10. Focuses on 
  • Div-3: Concrete
  • Div-5: Cold-form Metal Framing
  • Div-6: Rough Carpentry / Site Logistics
  • Div-7: Doors & Hardware
  • Div-9: Framing, Drywall and Ceilings 
  • Div-10: Specialties, ADA, Owner-Supplied Equipment
• The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a fast-paced, energetic environment while producing detailed, accurate estimates on multiple and varied projects.
• Be proficient in the use of the following software:
  • Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel
  • On Screen Take-off (OST)
  • Bluebeam
  • Procore
• Some periodic travel within the state is required
