Expectations
Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate personnel for further development and closure.
- Make a minimum of 50 phone calls per day to existing and prospective customers in order to promote Housby's full menu of services.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Must understand customer needs and requirements.
- Track key account metrics in Salesforce.
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Meet minimum goals and expectations.
- Learn and understand the full menu of services for Housby.
- Other projects/tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
- Follow all Company safety rules and safety policies.
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient with Excel Spreadsheets and Salesforce.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Motivated and self-driven.
- Strong time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Ability to travel, if needed.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
- Oral communication over the phone and in person.
- Ability to view a computer monitor.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Alpha/numeric keyboarding.
- Regular air travel required.
- The work environment for this position can be varied, due to the differences in our work site. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, and outside weather conditions.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
