Duties:
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
- Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
- Maintain accurate patient records and insurance information
- Coordinate with dental insurance companies to ensure proper billing
- Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in dental terminology
- Experience working in dental office setting
- Knowledge of managed care and HIPAA regulations
- Understanding of insurance verification processes
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
