SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, home repair and remodel industry.
- well skilled and experienced in some of the following areas: painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical, deck, fence, siding, handyman repairs, full remodels (bathroom, kitchen, basement remodels) etc.
- Commercial maintenance experience is a plus.
- Own work vehicle, tools & equipment to complete jobs you take on.
- Insurance required (general liability and workers comp).
- Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems.
- Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
- A strong work ethic and highly dependable.
- Valid Driver's license is required
