House of Dank is looking for Deli Flower Leads for our New Buffalo location!
The main duties of Deli Flower Leads it to be responsible for ensuring that all deli-style cannabis flower jars are properly filled, labeled, and displayed to meet the dispensary's high standards of quality and compliance. This position involves close collaboration with the inventory and sales teams to maintain a fresh and visually appealing product presentation.
What you’ll do…
- Flower Handling & Jar Maintenance
- Accurately fill deli-style jars with cannabis flower.
- Ensure jars are correctly labeled, including strain names, potency, and regulatory information.
- Monitor deli flower inventory levels and inform the inventory manager when restocking is needed.
- Rotate flower stock regularly to guarantee the freshest product is on display.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on cannabis to ensure it meets standards.
- Assist in creating attractive displays to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the deli counter, jars, and work area to ensure a neat and professional environment
What we’re looking for…
- Basic knowledge of cannabis products
- Inventory experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- 21 years of age or older

Compensation: $16-18/hr and employee discount
