Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests in selecting the perfect riding gear, fashionwear, and collectibles
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience
• Handle cashiering transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail environment
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve sales goals
• Stay updated on the latest Harley-Davidson products and trends
• Assist with promoting products via social media

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience is essential
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong cash handling abilities
• Ability to work with a large variety of people
• Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and lifestyle
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and fun environment
• Must be able to work on the floor for 8 hour shifts, lift boxes up to 45lbs, bend and assist with boot fitments.
