This individual will play a key role in driving our online business, analyzing performance, and working closely with the founders to develop strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, ensuring optimal performance and seamless customer experience.
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviors, and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the founders to develop and execute strategic e-commerce initiatives, focusing on growth, customer retention, and brand visibility.
- Manage product listings, inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotions in line with business goals and market trends.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage buying processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Optimize product assortment, leveraging data to identify opportunities for new product introductions, seasonal trends, and customer demand.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, adapting strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure the website is aligned with promotional campaigns, product launches, and other brand marketing efforts.
- Implement SEO best practices, ensuring the site is optimized for organic traffic and search rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to recommend improvements to the website and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager with a focus on Shopify.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing product inventories, pricing strategies, and e-commerce promotions.
- Background in buying, merchandising, or procurement is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, Triple Whale and other e-commerce platforms or tools.
