Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related issues.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance tasks and inventory.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repair schedules to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance the longevity of equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance requests promptly.
