Job Description
The Member Support Professional role is crucial in developing independence, building confidence, and supporting our Members towards living a full and meaningful life. The position will support adults 18 with a variety of disabilities.
This position is Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-3 : 00pm and located at 75 Federal Street, Boston, MA.
In this role, you will :
- Provide the support needed by guests / members to successfully participate in community and in-house activities according to their personal needs and goals
- Assist guests / members as needed with ADL’s and ILS
- Assist guests / members physically as needed.
- Review assigned members and review ongoing as needed
- Attend weekly staff meeting
- Identify and provide the support needed by members to successfully become a part of the community and to participate in in-house activities according to each person’s
needs, abilities and wishes.
