Job Summary:
The Feed Mill Driver plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of feed to our grower farms. This position requires a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a strong understanding of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and delivering feed from the Feed Mill to designated grower farms
- Maintaining a clean and safe driving record, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Conducting routine vehicle inspections and reporting any issues or damage
- Collaborating with the Feed Mill team to optimize delivery routes and schedules
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication to growers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience
- A valid CDL with a good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
