About the Job
At House of Raeford Farms, we are seeking a skilled Hatchery Maintenance Tech to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our hatchery equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate and diagnose failures in hatchery equipment using detailed specifications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on equipment.
- Set up and conduct safety checks on production equipment.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. until finished.
- Be able to lift at least 70 pounds.
- Work effectively in cold, wet, dusty, and warm environments.
- Capable of working around chemicals and maintaining a safe workspace.
- Possess basic mechanic and electrical knowledge.
- Aware of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) guidelines and Hot Work guidelines.
