What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hatchery Maintenance Tech position at House of Raeford Farms?
Objective:
Be able to locate and diagnose failures, and perform basic troubleshooting from detailed specifications on all hatchery equipment. Perform set ups and safety checks on hatchery production equipment.

- Perform basic troubleshooting using detailed specifications
- Conduct safety checks on hatchery production equipment
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 a.m. until finished. On-call availability required. Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds and work in various environments, including cold, wet, dusty, and warm conditions.
Requirements:
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Familiarity with LOTO guidelines and Hot Work guidelines
- Ability to work around chemicals
