The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of required documents. The New York City practice consists of experienced, board-certified physicians offering a range of services including primary and preventive care, dentistry, podiatry, optometry, women’s health, and behavioral health programs.

- Review scanned documentation for quality, accuracy, and completion of required documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and regulations when evaluating the completion of records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in documentation.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements related to documentation accuracy.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and ensure all documentation meets these standards.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the management team.
- Previous experience in documentation review, data integrity, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with statutory regulations and guidelines for documentation integrity.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
