Lasante Health Center is seeking a Documentation Integrity Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of required documents. This role will involve monitoring reports, acting upon them according to management priorities, and following statutory guidelines and regulations to independently assess the completion of records.
Responsibilities :
- Review scanned documentation for quality, accuracy, and completion of required documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and regulations when evaluating the completion of records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in documentation.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements related to documentation accuracy.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and ensure all documentation meets these standards.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the management team.
