Job Title: Experienced Live Out Housekeeper 

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday – 4 days/week (32 hours)
• OR (Depending on candidate preference)
• Monday - Friday – 5 days/week (40 hours) 
• 9AM - 5PM

Compensation: $35-$40 per hour, depending on experience

• $3,000 relocation bonus after 30 days of employment
• Full benefits package, including health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and life insurance
• Seeking 10-15 year tenure

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and professional Housekeeper for a large 10,000 sq. ft. family home in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a structured environment, and is looking to build a long-term relationship with a respectful, appreciative family.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional housekeeping experience in large private homes, a keen eye for detail, and a strong sense of organization. The family is looking for a dedicated professional who can provide a consistent, high-level standard of care for their home for 10-15 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: Deep cleaning and daily maintenance of all areas, including a finished basement and theater room.
• Organization: Maintain a pristine, well-organized home—organization is a top priority in this household.
• Errands & Home Assistance: Running errands as needed.
• Light Handy Tasks: Reading instructions and assisting with simple household setups or repairs.
• Respect for Boundaries: The husband works from home and frequently takes meetings, while the mother is in and out of the house. A calm, professional, and respectful presence is essential. Confidentiality is vital.
• Allergy Awareness: This is a peanut-free home. Additionally, this is a fragrance- and smoke-sensitive environment—no perfumes, smoking, or strong scents allowed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-standard housekeeping for large private homes
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to keep a home organized to the highest standard
• Strong work ethic with a focus on quality over speed
• Excellent manners, professionalism, and discretion
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a calm and respectful demeanor
• Physical stamina to manage the demands of a multi-level, 10,000 sq. ft. home
• Willingness to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality
• Background check required upon contingent offer of hire

Additional Details

• Live-Out Position – Candidates must secure their own housing in Cherry Hill, NJ.
• Schedule Flexibility – 32 hours over 4 days, with the option for 40 hours over 5 days.
• Long-Term Commitment – Seeking a dedicated professional for 10-15 years.
• Dress Code – Scrubs preferred; the family can provide them or the candidate may wear their own.
• Pet-Friendly – The household has two dogs (1-year-old and 4-month-old). Pet care is not required, but a pet-friendly attitude is beneficial.
• Children in the Home – The family has three children (ages 5, 7, and 11), but childcare is not part of this role.

Salary : $35 - $40
