Job Title: Live out Executive Housekeeper
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 8am - 1pm; break from 1pm - 3pm; 3pm - 6pm
- Evenings as needed and occasional Saturdays
Position Overview:
Busy private couple is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Executive Housekeeper to join their household in Omaha. Will perform all deep cleaning and full housekeeping duties including laundry care.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, respectful of privacy and boundaries, maintain professionalism and confidentiality, and able to anticipate needs without being prompted. Cooking experience is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning tasks.
- Handle laundry with a high level of care, including washing, ironing, and managing fine fabrics.
- Change and clean bed linens regularly.
- Grocery shopping and trips to the dry cleaner as needed.
- Care for a Cocker Spaniel, including feeding the dog when the family is not home.
- Manage household supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs or maintenance.
- Set out breakfast with attention to 5-star hotel touches.
- Maintain the home and provide management services when the family is traveling.
- Stay overnight to care for the dog a few times per year during family travel.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper in a similar role.
- High proficiency in laundry care and handling fine fabrics.
- Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Respectful of privacy and boundaries, with a preference for not engaging in unnecessary conversation.
- Pet-friendly, with the ability to care for a 30 lb. Cocker Spaniel.
- Willingness to stay overnight when needed.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for errands.
- Must be comfortable and competent in managing household supplies and vendor coordination.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
