Job Title: Full time Executive Housekeeper
Location: Boca Grande, FL (located on the west coast of Florida near Englewood, Port Charlotte, and Placida)
Rate: $40/hour; or salary of $70k plus health insurance for single individual
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm; occasional weekends as needed when family is in residence
Discreet family is in need of a meticulous Housekeeper to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of a 4300 square feet condo. The family travels frequently to their other residences and is at this home only a few months out of the year. Job will still be full time at 40 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Upkeep: Perform daily, detailed cleaning tasks in the home ensuring all rooms and areas are immaculate.
- Full-Time Maintenance: Despite the family spending only a few months at the residence per year, the Executive Housekeeper will work full-time to maintain the home year-round.
- Detailed Cleaning: Conduct thorough dusting, dry mopping, and polishing of appliances and silver as needed, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Flexible Schedule: Work Monday to Friday with weekends on occasion as needed, when the family is in residence.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a high end home with fine furnishings.
- Valid driver's license and car.
- Proper knowledge of cleaning supplies.
Salary : $70,000
