Established Principal living in Boulder, CO is looking for an experienced Executive / Personal Assistant - Bookkeeper to work out of her main residence in Boulder.
The ideal candidate must have utmost discretion, reliability and honesty. Must be loyal, trustworthy, dependable, motivated, cheerful, a self starter. You will be required to sign an NDA as part of the onboarding process.
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling personal finances as well as finances for a small family business.
- Collect and open mail daily
- Research and book travel arrangements
- Check PO box in Longmont weekly
- Pay bills, make deposits
- Check on her properties
- Organize office and files
- Organize and declutter
- Run errands
- Communicate with the family Accountant when needed
The Principal is looking for someone to work 30 hours a week.
Compensation : 30 - $35 / hour
