The ideal candidate will be an all-around household professional with supervisorial-level skills, exceptional organization, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic household environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily household operations, ensuring the home runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist with hospitality tasks such as table setting, meal service, and event preparation.
- Provide occasional driving support for errands, appointments, and family needs.
- A genuine love of dogs and a cat is a must.
- Collaborate with family members to meet household needs and expectations.
- Supervise vendors and contractors when required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar household assistant or supervisory role.
- Knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, and basic hospitality practices.
- Honest, reliable, genuine, discreet, hardworking, and polite demeanor.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at time management.
- Flexible availability, including weekends (1-2 weekends per month required).
- A genuine love for pets, especially dogs and cats.
- Valid driver’s license and comfort with occasional driving responsibilities.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, 5 days per week, with 8-10 hour shifts between 6:30 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Flexibility to work at least 1-2 weekends per month is required.
- Salary: $80,000 to $100,000/year, based on experience.
- Paid on the books through the family’s company.
