The three oldest are in school/after school activities so primary care is for the 1 yo throughout the day. The ideal candidate should be organized, self-sufficient, and able to manage the children’s schedules independently. This role requires a nanny who can think ahead and anticipate the children’s needs, from school supplies and clothing for activities to meals and playtime. The family values someone who can handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work flexibly to accommodate their schedules, including occasional overtime, travel, and overnight stays. A positive attitude and the ability to act as a true partner in the family’s day-to-day operations are essential.
