Position: Household Manager/Family Assistant
Location: San Francisco, CA - moving to Belvedere, Marin County, CA (October 2024 target)
MUST Reside within close proximity to the family's home in CA.
A casual kid-focused grounded family is looking to hire a seasoned collaborative Household Manager/Family Assistant to oversee the complete general operations of their homes (80%) and their blended family (20%). The laid-back family is currently in San Francisco and will be moving to their beautiful new home in Marin County, CA, in October 2024. In addition to their primary residence in CA, the family has a lot of real estate movement and various properties located domestically so prior experience working on renovation projects is necessary. The easy-to-work-with candidate will be the liaison managing and streamlining the operations and staff of all of their various properties. The experienced and energetic HM will have a high level of flexibility, and lots of energy, and be willing to roll up their sleeves as they interact with mom daily and their 6 young children, 3 of whom are only at home half of the time, and next year will all be in school. The really nice, warm and friendly, approachable HM will be flexible and accommodating with a light personality. Someone who will interact well with a hands-on mom who has a light easygoing personality and a sense of humor. Someone with a balance who also knows how to be serious and is willing to offer an extra set of hands for whatever the family needs to create a warm and happy home.

Adults: 2, Mom is stay at home and both parents are actively involved and need an extra set of hands
Children: Blended Family. 3 of the children are with the family half of the time and all will be in school next year

Position Requirements
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, as needed for special events such as children's birthdays and/or occasional weekend entertaining
- Experience: MUST HAVE a minimum of 7-10 Years of Experience as a Household Manager working in a domestic setting and managing a family with children efficiently. Able to maintain smooth operations and daily/yearly household needs for several properties located domestically.
- Work closely with mom who is lovely and needs additional hands to handle multiple children.
- Manage all staff in the home and liaison with other staff at their various properties including contractors and outside vendors
- Prior Experience with real estate movement and renovation projects
- High-Level Flexibility: Eager to get going and jump right in
- High Energy: Must be good with multiple children. Will communicate and work with active and involved parents managing daily schedules and calendars
- Driving: Yes, Car provided
- Errands: Yes, as needed
- Travel: As needed basis to their various properties: San Francisco, Napa, NY, Montana, and Hawaii
- References: MUST HAVE Minimum of 2 Verifiable References
- Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire

Position Compensation
- Salary: $150k-$250K DOE
