A Wonderful family is seeking an Amazing Housekeeper/Nanny for their apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY ASAP!
The ideal candidate for this role should be detail-oriented, proactive, efficient, and kind.
The family is seeking a Housekeeper/Nanny with high-end experience, but more than anything they
prioritize a candidate who has strong communication skills, especially with kids, and is a true professional. They would love to find someone who wants to stay with them long-term and to be a real Team-player.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 12 pm- 7 pm and 3 hours in the evening on Thursdays (3 times a month to allow the parents to have a Date Night.)
Also one overnight Saturday- Sunday every couple of months
Passport ready to travel to France for the Summer (July & August)
French speaking would be a Plus
Duties for this position encompass all aspects of housekeeping for the family's home as well as
after-school care for the 2 daughters, ages 6 & 9.
This will include deep cleaning and general tidying, laundry, and tasks such as grocery shopping, cooking dinner, errands, and managing household inventory.
The family has 2 young children, and the ideal Housekeeper candidate would also act as a
Nanny after-school, and enjoy working around children, and would be willing to pitch in with picking the children up from school, after school activities, helping with homework and making dinner for the family.
Position Responsibilities
- Childcare: 2 Girls ages 6 & 9
- Housekeeping: Full Housekeeping
- Cooking: Family Meals
- Laundry: Family Laundry
- Errands: Grocery Shopping, Post Office, Returns etc.
- Driving: Not required
- Passport Ready: Travel to France for July & August
Position Requirements
- Work Hours: Mon. - Friday 12 pm- 7 pm, plus 3 hours on Thursdays for Date Night
