We are seeking a live-in domestic couple to join our household staff in a 7,000 square foot residence.
About the Position

Responsibilities
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and tidy home, including daily laundry and bed making, vacuuming, and organizing.
- Cooking: Prepare meals for the household, including a small breakfast at 8:30am, lunch, and dinner at 6:30pm.
- Errands: Assist with daily errands, grocery shopping (approximately 2-3 times per week), and other tasks as needed.
- Driving: Use the provided car during business hours, and drive the principal when necessary.
- Maintenance: Perform interior and exterior maintenance tasks, including cleaning the outside stairs.

- Dogs: 1 (Friendly Labrador)
- Current Staff: A domestic couple who will be leaving in January

Requirements
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30/8am - 8pm, with downtime during the day
