Private family looking to hire a Live-in Nanny to share the job responsibilities with 3 other Live In Nannies and a rotating schedule. Work and live with water views of Long Island Sound and private beach access in Rye, New York. Enjoy vacation living all year long. This family has a fully staffed home with 3 nannies, one for the 18 month old and the other 2 for the 3 and 5 year olds  along with 3 full time household support. Job Title: Live-In Nanny

Location: Rye, NY

Schedule: 10 days on and 4 days off rotating schedule.

Compensation: $ 240 DOE per day

Language: Bilingual - Spanish and English is a requirement. 

Job Description:

Are you a caring nanny looking for an exciting live-in opportunity? Do you enjoy working with a team? A lovely family in Rye, NY, is seeking a dedicated and responsible Live-In Nanny to join their household. The family has three children (5 years old, 3 years old, and 18 months) and is looking for a nurturing individual to provide exceptional care for their two oldest and assist with various household tasks while they are in school. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a caring and supportive household, working alongside two other live-in nannies and three live-out household support

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility for the 3-year-old and 5-year-old children.
• Provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for the children.
• Prepare meals and snacks for the kids.
• Help get the children ready for school.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the children's rooms and play areas.
• Collaborate with the other nannies to ensure a consistent and harmonious childcare environment.
• Assist with tidying up, making cookies, and maintaining a clean and organized nanny environment.
• Utilize downtime during school hours for rest and self-care.
• Accompany the family on vacations, as needed. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a nanny with a proven track record of caring for multiple children.
• A genuine love for children and a strong understanding of child development.
• Reliable, responsible, and flexible.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other nannies and housekeepers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to live-in and adhere to the 10-day on, 4-day off schedule.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred, but driving can be option if needed.
