Live-In Nanny (Night Nurse Experience Preferred) – UHNW Family

A distinguished UHNW family currently in Miami is seeking an experienced and nurturing Live-In Nanny to care for their 1-year-old child. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare, preferably with night nurse experience, and a deep understanding of infant and toddler development. The family travels frequently, spending a few months in Miami before relocating to Los Angeles, and requires a nanny who is flexible, travel-ready, and adaptable to different environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care for the 1-year-old, including feeding, diapering, dressing, and maintaining routines
- Assist with sleep training and establishing healthy sleep habits
- Ensure the child is meeting developmental milestones through engaging activities and structured play
- Organize and facilitate playdates, outings, and age-appropriate educational activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
- Travel with the family and adapt to different locations and schedules
- Collaborate with parents and household staff to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with infants and toddlers, preferably in high-profile or UHNW households
- Night nurse experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of child development and early education
- Ability to travel frequently and adjust to new locations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Warm, professional, and highly discreet
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
