A loving family in Southampton, NY is seeking a proactive, energetic, and organized nanny to care for their 2-year-old daughter and assist with household tasks. The position is 30 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours if desired. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM (flexibility required)
- Childcare Responsibilities:
- Engaging the child in fun, educational activities
- Encouraging outdoor play and exploration
- Occasional visits to grandparents' house
- Driving to and from school (MWF, 9 AM – 12 PM)
- Household Responsibilities:
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Grocery shopping and maintaining an inventory list
- Additional Requirements:
- Must be organized and take initiative
- Comfortable with swimming (no deep water) and enjoys outdoor activities
- First Aid certified
- Up-to-date on vaccinations
- Comfortable with a small, 8-pound dog
- Bonus Opportunities:
- Option to travel with the family (not required but available)
- Home in Palm Beach, FL with 2–3 months of travel annually (nanny would be compensated during travel)
