A newly single mom of three in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Full-Time Personal Assistant to provide both personal and light business support. This role requires an experienced and tech-savvy individual who can seamlessly balance personal errands, family assistance, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, and always two steps ahead, anticipating needs and streamlining daily life.

Position Details:

• Location: Scottsdale, AZ
• Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Salary: $80,000 - $85,000/year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personal Support:

   • Manage day-to-day personal errands, such as shopping, returns, and household tasks.
   • Provide driving support for children’s school runs, activities, or appointments as needed.
   • Assist with personal scheduling, including appointments, family logistics, and coordinating family needs.
   • Book and organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.

2. Business Support:

   • Provide administrative assistance on the business side, including light scheduling, research, and email management.
   • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in handling business tasks as needed.

3. Household Management:

   • Assist in the future hiring and coordination of household staff as the household grows.
   • Take charge of organizing household needs and staying up-to-date with family schedules and routines.

4. General Support:

   • Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency, tackle emerging tasks, and handle unexpected needs with ease.
   • Serve as a go-to problem solver, comfortable with jumping in wherever needed to support the family’s dynamic lifestyle.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a personal assistant, preferably for a high-net-worth family or individual. Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and a strong sense of professionalism.
• Skills:
  • Strong tech-savviness with the ability to efficiently use scheduling, communication, and productivity tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record for occasional driving responsibilities.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, self-motivate, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
