Service Writer – Join Our Team!
We’re looking for a Service Writer to assist customers, write accurate repair orders, and support our service team. If you have a passion for cars and great customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person and on telephone; understand their vehicle concerns.
- Write repair orders, estimates, and explain services clearly.
- Work with technicians to ensure efficient repairs.
- Recommend maintenance and repair options.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate transactions.
- Keep a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Automotive service and diagnostics knowledge.
- Customer service and sales experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced shop.
- Experience with repair and suspension systems.
- High school diploma (technical degree preferred).
- Valid driver’s license & clean record.
- MUST SHOW UP READY TO WORK EVERYDAY
