I am looking for a social media specialist who can help me execute a social media strategy for multiple small businesses. We will be starting from scratch and will require photo, video and editing skills, for short videos to be posted on multiple platforms. This will be a collaborative role, I have a vision for what I want but I am always open to new ideas.

We are a small family run real estate acquisition, development and management company, we also own and operate a handyman business. My social media goals are to highlight existing creative tenants in short video as well as broader real estate projects. The long term goal is create a social following that can be used for leasing and to drive new business.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
