Property Manager - 3+yrs EXP REQ

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and all legal and regulatory requirements are met. This role requires strong administrative skills, knowledge of property leasing, and a commitment to providing excellent service to residents.

Duties

• Manage property leasing processes, including tenant applications, lease agreements, and renewals.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and contractors as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and administrative tasks related to tenant information and property management systems.
• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
