Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks related to property management.
- Knowledge of Public Housing regulations is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills for contract discussions with vendors.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective tenant interactions.
