We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities, equipment, and grounds. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will also have experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, screen door installation and repair, drywall installation and repair, gutter installation, cleaning and repair, installing shelves, cabinets and countertops, replaicing bathroom fixtures, installing light and fan fixtures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
- Perform general building maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing.
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed.
- Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify potential problems.
Job Type: Part-time
