What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Housing Opportunities, Inc.?
HOI is seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality & functionality of our residential properties. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform routine & preventative maintenance, and ensure that our buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and up to code.
Job hours are Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm and an on call rotation for evenings and weekends is required, some overtime may occur. Company vehicle and tools provided.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, valid driver's license. Previous maintenance experience is preferred but is not required.
