Duties
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Conduct property showings and respond to inquiries via phone and email with professional phone etiquette.
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy rates, tenant information, and lease agreements using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) requirements.
- Address tenant concerns and conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues amicably.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and maintenance requests efficiently.
- Assist in preparing reports related to occupancy trends and property performance for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current residents and prospective tenants, fostering a welcoming community environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate administrative roles or property management settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC compliance is highly desirable.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with tenants and vendors.
- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks related to property management.
